There are over 20 golf courses to be found within a 20 mile radius and the Greg Norman designed Champions Gate Golf Course, which is the home of David Leadbetters Golfing Academy, is located only 5 minutes drive away. 

The accommodation consists of:-

A large lounge and formal dining room make this extremely spacious home ideal for up to twelve guests.

Five bedrooms, plus a sofa bed, allowing up to 12 adults to sleep comfortably. Two of the bedrooms are master suites, one is a double/full and two are twin bedrooms. The first master contains a king sized bed and the second a queen sized bed.

The two master suites each have a luxury en-suite bathroom complete with large bath and shower, while the master suite has the added luxury of a large walk in closet and the second master has a large built in closet and drawers.

The third bedroom contains a double /full sized bed and an en-suite bathroom while bedrooms 4 and 5 each have two single beds. A fourth bathroom is available complete with a large bath/shower which is shared by bedrooms 4 & 5.

The large modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with all the latest appliances with adjoining fully equipped laundry room.

The games room incorporates an 8ft professionally installed slate bed pool table, foosball table and electronic darts game along with a bar table and chairs which allows you to relax comfortably whilst playing/watching the entertainment.
 

Large south facing pool and spa are surrounded by an extended deck, which includes a covered lanai should you prefer to sit in the shade. This is all fully screened, helping to keep the pool clean. Direct access to the pool deck can be made from the lounge, dining room and master bedroom and is furnished with table, chairs and loungers. The pool can be heated in the cooler months. 

Ideally situated being close by to all the most popular Florida Theme Parks (Disney 12 mins)and Attractions as well as being only a short drive away from a whole host of shops and restaurants. This luxury 5 bedroom (3 en-suite), 4 bathroom villa was completed in October 2003 and is superbly furnished throughout. It can comfortably accomodate up to 12 adults and has it's own private south facing pool and spa. It comes superbly furnished with all the expected amenities, a fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning and heating throughout, cable television, DVD & Video players, Games Room, high speed internet access and to keep the children entertained a selection of toys including playstation 2 along with stroller, high chair and cot.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find fishing, flying, horse riding.
