Our Villa is located at the prestigious Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club which is a PGA rated golf course and is one of the top 100 golf courses in the USA. Southern Dunes has 3 swimming pools, tennis courts, Gym. The club house also boasts an excellent restaurant and a pro golf shop. At the entrance of this gated community, there is; 24hr Wal-mart, bank, restaurants, gas station and a Blockbuster store, all within 5 mins. walk from the villa. You will find everything you need in our villa to have a fantastic holiday, whether after a round of golf, a trip from the theme parks or sunbathing on the beach. There is a games room in the Villa with pool table,dart board & Sony PlayStation, Computer and High Speed Internet. Garmin GPS. You can have a dip in our heated swimming pool and let your children play with their beach balls and lilos. Relax at the patio and enjoy the splendid and relaxing view of the fairway, as there is no wall, or villa behind us to obstruct your view.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a home gym, a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, interesting views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, fishing, walking, cycling, golf, tennis.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, horse riding, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.

On site you can find a fully equipped gym and other leisure facilities.

Disney, Universal Studios and other major Attractions are within 30 min. drive.
