Westridge is located within a 12 minute drive from the Disney entrance. So close you can enjoy the theme parks in the morning and come back for a to the villa for a relaxing swim in the pool before you head back to the parks for the fireworks in the evening. Whether in florida for the attractions or simply to relax you have found the perfect location.
 

Our home was constructed in 1996, it is 2200 sq ft, has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 car garage, swimming pool, and spa. The 12’ by 17’master bedroom features a king size bed, walk in closet , patio doors to the pool area and a beautiful master bath with garden tub and separate sink areas. The pool is completely screened in an optionally lit at night. All appliances are new and include a microwave, dishwasher and complete laundry facility. The home will be cleaned by maid service prior to your arrival.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, satellite/cable. The music system will play radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a south facing patio area, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find flying, golf, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.
