It has plenty to offer the discerning vacationer. There is a large kitchen/breakfast room, a spacious living area, a separate dining room, and a fabulous 26- x 13-foot, south-facing, heated swimming pool and spa which is immediately adjacent to the on-site recreational facilities. Hampton Heights is a wonderful home away from home, and provides a perfect base for your holiday. Its particularly suited to two families sharing. The villa boasts three master suites each with full en-suite facilities. The fourth and fifth bedrooms both have twin single beds.. The main open lounge has beautiful furnishings (including a TV/VCR and a PlayStation 2), with double sliding doors to the patio area and the swimming pool.

The villa comprises 9 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin, 4 single, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a south facing patio area, a tennis court. The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling.

Close to the villa you will find fishing, horse riding, golf, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, flying, tennis, a theatre/cinema.

My sister and her family were staying at Hampton Lakes in another villa and she was very happy with hers until she saw this one. The villa is exceptional, very clean, well equipped, the pool and hot tub are great anytime. The pool attendant and management staff were very friendly. Hampton Lakes itself is spotless.
