Our home has been built to a superior specification and was only completed in March 2000. It is very spacious offering fully air-conditioned living space of 2000 square feet. As the villa is single storey there are no staircases to trouble either senior citizens or families with young children. The villa is located in the centre of Lake Berkley Resort, a few minutes walk from the communal facilities.Our villa has luxury furnishings and has been equipped to a very high standard. The Villa has plush carpets throughout with the exception of the kitchen, bathrooms and entrance foyer to which benefits from ceramic floor tiles.

Lake Berkley Resort is an upscale-gated community designed exclusively for vacationers. It features a large spring-fed lake with sandy beach, dock, volleyball and nature trail around the lake.
There is also a 2000 sq. ft. clubhouse with community pool, spa & fitness centre, tennis courts and children's playground.

The clubhouse provides an ATM machine and a store that offers ice cream, snacks, suntan lotion, etc. The clubhouse was recently enhanced to offer computers with internet access, movie rentals, and a games room complete with pool table, air hockey set, crane game, and several video games.
Although it is convenient to all major attractions in Orlando, Lake Berkley Resort lies in a quiet, secluded enclave of luxurious private homes surrounded by wooded areas and orange groves. The resort is less than 10 minutes to Disney yet with easy access to Hwy I-4 (by way of Hwy 535 - interchange 27) close to Seaworld, Universal Studios, The Florida Mall, outlet malls plus International Drive with all it has to offer.

The Atlantic beaches and Kennedy Space Centre are about an hour away and Clearwater and the world famous gulf beaches are about 1 1/2 hours away. The Orlando Airport is approximately 20 minutes away.

 

Our professionally decorated, luxurious fully air-conditioned Villa contains 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large family room, separate dining room and living area, kitchen, a large private swimming pool and a double garage which also houses the washing machine and drier.
The spacious family room has everything to make your stay at our villa as comfortable as it can possibly be. The room overlooks the pool, which can be accessed by patio doors. The furniture includes two very comfortable sofas and chair. For your entertainment there is a large screen T.V. complete with multichannel cable, DVD, video and CD music System. The home features high ceilings and a bright, airy atmosphere.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, self cleaning cooking range, microwave, large fridge, icemaker, waste disposal system, telephone with free local calls, table and kitchen dining area plus all required cooking utensils and cutlery. There is a phone in the kitchen. The villa has a further large formal lounge and dining area with table six chairs and two sofas, one can be converted into a queen bed.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and is fully funished with a walk in closet The first master bathroom is located as an ensuite to the Master bedroom. This includes a Roman bath, a separate walk in shower, a w/c and a washbasin. There is also a cable TV
The second bedroom has a queen size bed cable TV and VCR and the second ensuite master bathroom comprising bath with integral shower, a WC and a washbasin.
The remaining two bedrooms have single beds one with cable TV and VCR and the use of the third bathroom.
 

There are two living areas, a family room that overlooks the pool with a breakfast table and TV/DVD/VCR and a second living area and formal dining. This allows those wishing to relax in style or entertain over a formal meal can do so. We think that this is very important when wishing to unwind away from the TV and perhaps the kids.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a south facing patio area, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, tennis.

Close to the villa you will find water skiing, boat hire, fishing, golf, historic sites, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a theatre/cinema.

Main theme parks are all within 20 minutes drive of the Villa. The Resort has communal activities.

Walmart supermarket is 2 minutes drive. Medieval Times is next door to the resort
