There are 2 En-suite Master bedrooms with large walk-in showers. It can therefore accommodate families/groups, with 2 couples each having their own Master suite. Both Master bedrooms overlook the pool area and are fitted with Queen size beds,ceiling fans, dressers, bedside tables with reading lamps, Cable TV, phone, clock radio and large walk-in closets.

The Large Private Screened Pool area has extended decking, providing you with extra space to relax and enjoy the Florida Sunshine on the sunloungers provided. The Pool can be heated for your comfort and has underwater lighting for night swimming.
There is also a covered patio/lanai, which provides a shaded area and is furnished with a table and chairs for that Al-fresco dining experience.

 

Our villa is a mere 15 minutes drive from Disney. Universal Orlando, Wet & Wild, Sea World, International Drive and various shopping Malls can all be accessed from the I-4, which is just south of the villa.

Busch Gardens in Tampa and Kennedy Space Centre are just 1 hour away and the villa is ideally located for a visit to the beautiful beaches on the East or West Coast.

The shops, attractions, supermarkets and restaurants of Hwy 192 are only a 5 minute drive from the villa. There is also a new shopping complex with a Publix supermarket a couple of miles from the villa.

There are numerous Golf courses within easy reach aswell.

The en-suite bathrooms feature walk-in showers, large vanity area with shaver point and hairdryer. Both twin bedrooms are furnished with two Twin size beds, bedside table with lamp and clock radio. Each has a large built-in closet. Both bedrooms have direct access to the third adjoining bathroom. The spacious Family room is furnished with a large Queen sleeper sofa, a two seater sofa and armchair. It is equipped with a cable TV, DVD and CD/Hi-Fi system. The fully fitted kitchen has everything you would need during your stay, including kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware. An iron & ironing board are also provided. The dining area is furnished with a large dining table and chair.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 double sofa beds. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private selec t aspect swimming pool, access to a shared selec t aspect swimming pool, a selec t aspect patio area. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find golf, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find fishing, horse riding.
