Our villa is situated in the desirable, secure, gated community of The Manors at Westridge in the Davenport area. The villa is conveniently located for supermarkets, shops, restaurants and fuel within a range of about 2 to 15 minutes. Theme parks are close at hand with Disneys Magic Kingdom being a 15 minute drive. The Atlantic beaches are about an hour away with the Pacific beaches about an hour and a half.

Our villa offers well planned spacious accommodation of over 2400sq.ft. It consists of 2 double suites, the queen bedroom en-suite also doubles up as a pool bathroom. The twin bedrooms share a bathroom, this enables everyone to get ready in the morning with no queues for the bathroom, so you can get out earlier and avoid the queues at the attractions!

You can enjoy it when you get up in the morning and when you return after a days sightseeing. You can enjoy it last thing at night before you go to bed. The pool may not be the first thing you thought about when planning your Florida holiday, but we are sure that it will be one of the things you remember most.

For your childrens safety, all patio doors and pool bathroom door have alarms.

The pool in our villa is oversized (30 ft x 15 ft) and ranges from 3 ft deep at one end to 5 ft at the other. If you enjoy exercise, it is quite long enough to do lengths without getting dizzy. It is also long enough for you to enjoy a quiet time at one end while the kids enjoy the pool toys at the other. The pool and patio area is also protected by a mesh screen, so wildlife large and small cannot share your enjoyment!

The pool can be heated (£98 / $196 p/w). We have a pool cover to retain heat in winter months.

For your comfort there are sun loungers, tables and chairs enabling you to enjoy al-fresco dinning or an early evening cocktail in the sun. We provide a range of plastic glasses and tableware for your safety.

Extensive range of patio furniture comprises of 2 dinning tables with 8 padded dinette chairs, 2 loungers and 2 recliners with ottomans and small drinks table.

Our family villa is set in a secure gated community. Quite simply, no expense has been spared to provide you with the holiday home of your dreams. The villa is comprehensively equipped with the family room and breakfast nook having been refurbished in November 08. In fact the only thing you need to bring with you is sun tan lotion. The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, access to a shared west facing swimming pool, a garden, a west facing patio area, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, tennis.

Close to the villa you will find golf, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find scuba diving, a theatre/cinema.
