Brand new for August 2004. This luxury house is located on the Glenbrook Vacation Resort, just 10 minutes from the Magic of Disney.

Glenbrook boasts a clubhouse with an air-conditioned gym, gamesroom with air hockey and pool, concierge service, large community pool with sun loungers, tennis court, volleyball court and a PC with unlimited internet access and wireless.

 

The property has formal dining facilities as well as a kitchen nook dining area and breakfast bar (counter) seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything from an ice maker to a large electric range, including dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, crockery, cutlery, etc.

There is a music centre in the formal lounge. The family room has a huge 53" widescreen HDTV with home theatre system (DVDs supplied), along with comfortable sofas and a reclining arm chair.

It has 5 bedrooms which consist of 3 doubles (king, queen, queen) and 2 twin rooms. The master suite and second master suite have ensuite bathroom facilities, and there is a jacuzzi whirlpool tub in the master suite. There is a Playstation 2 and an X Box in the twin rooms (games supplied). 

The house has its own large screened pool and spa, with an extended decking area. There is luxurious patio furniture, sunbeds and a patio loveseat.

We also have a gamesroom, which has air conditioning and fans, with a full sized table tennis table and twist football table (foosball).

The house comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 5 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool.

The house has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only. Recreational activities available with the house include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The house is right beside swimming, tennis, a sports center.

Close to the house you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, walking, cycling, golf, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the house you will find a beach, wind surfing, flying, horse riding, scuba diving, a museum.
