The Villa is in a peaceful location with ample parking and yet has the advantage of being located near to the junction of the I-4 and Hwy. 27, which is close to the 192 with all its restaurants and facilities. Within 3 minutes drive from the villa there is a supermarket, Restaurants, pharmacy, bakery, pizza store, hairdressers, take-away food outlets and golf courses.

The entrance to Disney is only a 10-minute drive away from where you can get to MGM, Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom and Epcot. If Sun bathing or just having fun splashing around in some of the stunning water parks is your thing then Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach can be reached easily from the main Disney entrance. Seaworld is only around 15 minutes away and Universal Studios and Islnds of Adveture are under 20 minutes away. The villa is within 75 miles of the Gulf Coast and its beautiful beaches and 65 miles of Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic Coast.

Within a few minutes drive, there are several championship quality Golf courses including Champions Gate which is a PGA quality course and where there is a world academy of Golf, Reunion with it's three PGA courses as well as restaurants, shops and a water park, Highlands Reserve and Suthern Dunes but to name a few. The Gulf and Atlantic coasts are only an hour away and have many fabulous courses. Since Florida has over 1500 high quality courses, there are a phenominal amout to choose from to suit all tastes.

The entire home was renovated in October 2006 with what is classed as gold standard furniture which is simply the best

The spacious family room is fully tiled with finishing touches such as floor rugs for extra comfort. There is a 3 seater, 2 seater and 1 seater sofa (one is a sleeper sofa) and occasional furniture with a six seater dining table. The room has high cathedral ceilings and is exceptionally bright inside largely due to the south facing aspect. The walls are decorated with stunning pictures and plants giving the home that truely luxurious feel. The room also contains an entertainment center complete with large screen cable television with cinema sound system, video recorder, DVD player & music system. To help keep the children occupied there is a playstation 2 games console complete with games, there are also several board games supplied. More games and DVDs can be hired from the local video store, Movie mania, which is located at nearby Champions Gate golf complex. We also have FREE high speed wireless internet access from those who can't tear themselves away from work

The kitchen is open plan and is combined with a breakfast bar and nook. It is superbly fitted out with all you will need for your stay including a microwave oven, cooker, coffee maker and blender for making those ice cool smoothies. There is also a fabulous kitchen table and chairs if you prefer to eat in this area.

There is a fully equipped laundry area for your convenience which includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also a high chair, travel cot and stroller if you have a young child in your party.

Towels and linens are provided and there is a full villa clean carried out by our management company before every occupancy.

The 2 Master Bedrooms are large and comfortable both with king size beds. Both rooms have ensuite bathrooms and walk in closets. Each are equipped with a Cable TV which sits on the large dresser with the main master having direct access to the Pool Deck. The bathrooms have large walk in showers & hairdryers for our guest to use. We even have a security safe for your belongings. The furnishings in these bedrooms and in fact the entire home are far superior to most villas

There are 3 further bedrooms in our villa. One has a queen size bed, cable TV and large closet, drawers and reading lamp as well as beautiful window decorations. The other two bedrooms contain twin beds and each room has a set of drawers and reading lamp and cable TV as well as alarm clocks and hair dryers. One of the bedrooms is Disney Themed. The house has a third bathroom, which can be shared by these bedrooms.
 

The oversize south facing pool backs onto a large lake and conservation area, so the views are simply magnificent. The only onlookers are the wildlife within the lake!!. The surrounding patio is furnished with ample chairs and sun loungers, which allow you to just lie back, relax and soak up the rays. A ceiling fan is located above the pool furniture to give a welcome breeze when the mid-day sun gets too hot!

The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean and the wildlife out. The pool is serviced weekly so you can be sure it is safe and clean to swim in. A removable fence separates the pool from the deck and all doors are also alarmed for additional peace of mind should young children be staying at the villa. If you find the pool is a little cold for your liking, it can be fully heated at a small additional charge. This is normally only required in the winter months. We have a large selection of pool toys to entertain both young and old.

Why not relax & dine out on the patio and just gaze out into the lake and check out the wildlife/ take in the peacefulness of the area after a busy day out exploring. The deck is ideal for BBQs and we have provided one free for your use
 

Entrance to the Reserve at Town Center is via a beautiful and ornate electronic gated entrance for added security for our guests. The private south facing pool and patio back onto a beautiful lake, which not only ensures a stunning view, but also gives privacy. The patio deck has sun loungers and a table and chairs for relaxation in the sun. A Playstation 2 and games are provided to keep kids of all ages entertained. More games and DVDs can be hired from the local store located less than 5 minutes away.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Family room. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
