Windsor Hills is a private community located within the heart of Orlando’s premier tourist attractions. This community has impressive amenities based around the clubhouse, complete with a large lagoon-styled heated swimming pool with water slide, movie theatres, fitness center and convenience store. Windsor Hills is located along Old Lake Wilson Road, adjacent to US 192 in Kissimmee’s tourist corridor.
 

Casa Rica has three bedrooms with two queen beds and twins, all ensuite. The splash pool on the southwest-facing patio looks out onto open space giving considerably more privacy than many other homes. Deck seating is provided.

The home has three TVs with cable channels, and the sitting room has a DVD and music center. High speed internet available. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and plates, glasses and utensils. There is also a washer and dryer, iron and board for luandry. Towels and bed linen also supplied. The home is cleaned before and after your stay.

Windsor Hills is an exclusive resort situated in the very heart of Kissimmee, Orlando. Its fantastic location is just one of its great features. It is only two miles from Disney World and very close to Orlando's other main attractions, such as Universal Studios and the sights of International Drive. This private community is perfect for family and friends and has great facilities that you are welcome to use. The swimming pool with children's water slides are the focal point of the resort. The fitness room has state-of-the-art equipment and the games room is equipped with pool tables and video games. The on-site clubhouse also has a small cinema and a shop for food, newspapers and other essentials.

The house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private west facing swimming pool, access to a shared west facing swimming pool, a west facing patio area, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The house is right beside swimming, tennis, a sports center, a food shop.

Close to the house you will find golf, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the house you will find fishing, flying, cycling, horse riding.

Disney, Universal, Water World. NASA Kennedy Space Center about 90 mins away.

Debbie & Dave says: "We had an excellent stay in our Windsor Hills townhome and would recommend it to everyone. I don't think you'll find many other vacation accomodations that give you as much value for your money. It is 10 minutes away from Disneyworld and off the main streets. Our townhome was very clean (with the exception of the stove) and we loved our little pool (it was so private). It had everything you need for a home away from home. The facilities at the Windsor Hills recreation centre were fabulous. The pool is warm, crystal clean and big! It has a large water slide as well. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the games room with ping pong, pool and other games. My one suggestion would be to read the pamplet regarding the townhouse as soon as you get in. It has many helpful tips. Thanks for a great vacation in Florida!"
