The villa is situated in a small estate .bordered by Orange Groves.Orange tree is situated off Highway 27 making it ideally situated for all the theme parks and local restaurants and shops.
The villa is also in close proximity to Lake Louisa,a local state park.So whether you are in Orlando for the theme parks,on business,or for a truly relaxing break,our home offers the ideal location for all.When we first saw Orange tree we fell in love with it.as it is very picturesk.we bought the villa in this area as it is on the door step of Walt disney world and all of the attractions of all that Orlando has to offer.You are but a forty five minute drive to the Atlantic coast and all that offers such as Daytona beach and the World famous Kennedy Space Centre.Also you are just an 1 Hours drive to the Gulf Coast and all those white beaches.

All the Theme parks are all within 30 minutes drive Walt Disney Worlds only being between 10 and 15 minutes depending on which park you want to visit. 

The villa was built and finished in june 2004. It has been furnished to a very high standard throughout. The heated pool has a large spa for you to relax in. The villa has two master ensuite bedrooms, two living rooms a formal and informal dining area with a fully equiped kitchen. There is a tv/vcr in each bedroom. There are over 300 tv channels for your viewing needs. Internet access is also available. The gamesroom consists of a dart board, pool and air hockey tables. A full laundry room is also available.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the LOUNGE. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, tennis.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, horse riding, golf, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, wind surfing, flying, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum.
