The gated High Grove community offers you high quality villas, with luxurious finishing touches, and its position is great being in the epicentre of Florida's attractions. There are several community facilities for you to enjoy at the clubhouse, computers with internet access,pool table, gym equipment to name a few!

"Dreams Begin" is situated at the junction of the H27 and the H192 and is very easy to find for the first time Florida vacationer. It's an ideal base for all aspects of the area it only takes 10 minutes to get to Disney and 20 minutes to the International Drive area. You will find a supermarket (Wal-mart) just across the road for the essential grocery's (time is precious when on holiday!). Eating out is no problem as you are spoilt for choice with resturants all along the H27 and H192 to suit even the most fussiest eater. Our villa is an excellent base for the golfer amongst you the only problem you will have is which course too choose first!
 

"Dreams Begin" offers a larger than average pool and jacuzzi with comfy padded patio furniture for you to top up that tan! All doors to the pool area have an alarm which offers piece of mind if you have little ones!
Inside the villa you will find a play station 2 with various games to suit all ages, a dvd player with selection of films, five televisions with up to 200 channels so everyone can watch what they want.
A superbly fitted kitchen with every modern convienence from dishwasher to fridge/freezer with ice maker (essential in the Florida heat!) You will find a phone in the villa which has free local calls, you can use a phone card (available from most supermarkets)to phone home from this.


 

GAMES ROOM, play air hockey, pool, darts and pop a shot. Both the Master bedrooms at "Dreams Begin" have king size beds and 19" TVs & full bathroom with hair dryers. Twin rooms both have TVs and share a bathroom, a Cot and high chair are provided free of charge (please bring your own cot bedding). For your added enjoyment we have upgraded the TV in the Family room to 32" and added a PS2 with games and DVDs there are plenty of things to help you relax after a long day at the parks, or for a lazy day off. recently added for guests is a wireless internet connection, just bring your laptop! The pool area has block paved decking with padded chairs and loungers. A full laundry room is also available. All guests staying at this villa have access to High Groves community club house with among its many facilities, pool table, gym, two computers with internet access, large west facing pool and jacuzzi spa.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the in Family room. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, access to a shared west facing swimming pool, a west facing patio area. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, boat hire, fishing, horse riding, golf, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.
