The East facing pool & spa overlooks conservation area, so is very private. The villa is furnished to a very high standard, and is also air conditioned.

3 double bedrooms – 1 king (with ensuite bathroom), 1 queen and 1 set of twins with shared bathroom. Each bedroom has a TV. There is a cot with linen provided.
Family room has 27” TV, DVD, VCR and CD player. It has 2 sofas (one can be pulled out and used as a double bed). This room overlooks the furnished pool & spa area.
Living room – this room has a golf theme and can also be used as a 4th bedroom as it has a sleeper sofa. Includes a 27” TV, VCR and Playstation 2.
Fully fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, waste disposal (careful what you put down there!!!) and dishwasher, crockery, cutlery & utensils supplied. There is a separate area with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Complete with iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen are included. Master bathroom has a hairdryer.
Dining area has table and chairs, breakfast bar with stools.
East facing screened pool & spa (pool can be heated at an extra cost of £90/$160pw). Pool deck has 4 sun loungers, 6 chairs and 1 table.
2 car garage and space on the drive for 2 more vehicles.
Sleeps maximum 10 adults plus baby in the cot. High Chair is also included.
Games room with pool table, foosball, darts and table tennis.
 

Our management company is only a phone call away. Just call the numbers in the guest book if you need any help. Keys for the villa are in the lock box by the front door so no searching for an office in the middle of the night.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 double sofa beds located in the one in each living area.. This gives room for up to 11 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a home gym, a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

It has a private east facing swimming pool, access to a shared east facing swimming pool, a east facing patio area, panoramic views, a tennis court.
