Welcome to our luxurious four bedroom home, located at the prestigious Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club, which is situated to the south-west of the Orlando/ Disney area.

Southern Dunes is an established and renowned 4-star rated Championship Golf Course, with clubhouse, pools, tennis courts, and playground. It is a gated community with overnight security in the heart of Florida. It is a truly beautiful place to holiday in Florida. The Clubhouse serves wonderful breakfasts and lunches daily, and it is just a short walk from the house.





Disney is just a 20min drive, as are most of the major theme parks, The
well renowned Kissimmee 'Old Town' is about 20mins away, with all of its bars
and restaurants and some of the latest most thrilling rides.
Downtown Disney or City Walk Universal Studios is great if you fancy some dancing/clubbing. A day
at any of the beautiful beaches start with a journey of just about 70 mins to Clearwater the sea water is amazing 86 degrees !! on average . International drive with all of its attractions and shopping
malls is about 20mins away.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with dishwasher,cooker,
fridge/freezer ice maker and microwave,a large washing machine and
tumble dryer.The master bedroom, has a King size (7ft) bed, TV and
cable, with en-suite.
There are two further bedrooms, both with 2 single beds. The villa is fully

and a children's play park - and of course GOLF!!. In fact - Just
about everything you need for your dream holiday. 

Just 20 minutes Drive away from Walt Disney World, other famous Florida attractions and great shopping, but just far enough away from the traditional tourist areas to help you relax when you choose to. It is the perfect location - whether you are a golfer or not. The central location means that all of the major airports in Orlando and Tampa are only about an hour away. This gives our guests from the UK many more airline and flight options to reach us.

Our home was built in 2004 and is fully furnished to a very high Deluxe standard, because we want to make it a home-from-home to all of our guests. It is designed in a traditional Floridian style with tall cathedral ceilings in the spacious reception rooms.

Being south facing, you will be renting one of the few properties where the fully screened and heated private pool benefits from the sun throughout the whole of the day. The pool area faces the fairway of the 4th hole and is not overlooked at the back by other properties, unlike many other villas available for renting. So you will benefit from a fantastic view and wonderful privacy. (Please note that the Pool only requires heat during the winter months and will incur an extra charge.)

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing patio area, interesting views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, fishing, golf, tennis, a restaurant.

Close to the villa you will find flying, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, boat hire.
