Our property has a wonderful location on a quiet community with plenty of open space and wildlife to watch from the luxury of your own pool and patio area but only 5 minutes by car to all of the Disney Theme parks. We have a new games room with basketball game, slate bed pool table, fooseball, table tennis, darts, kiddies corner, golf putting, Wii and Playstation and a computer with free internet access 

We have many many wonderful golf courses as little as 5 minutes drive from our villa. Orange Lakes country club is a favourite of ours but their are numerous ones to choose from to suit the beginner to the professional golfer 

Just 1 mile from the villa is Formosa Gardens which houses not only a chemist and fully stocked grocery and liquire store but also has some great Chinese, Italian, American and Australian Restaurants.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 1 twin and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 11 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 11 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, tennis.

Close to the villa you will find fishing, golf, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, a museum.

Virginia says: "Our family with 3 boys 7 years and younger definitely had our needs met at Florida Pearl. The heated pool was fantastic with an overlook of a natrual woodland. The jacuzzi was perfect to confine our 3 yr. old to a safe shallow area. The house is bright yet painted with soothing colors. We had another family of 5 join us for a few days and we had ample room to meet together or have space to get sit alone. The Winnie the Pooh room was dearly loved. Since we flew into Florida, the surprise to find milk in the fridge with snacks and laundry soap was wonderful. Our only regret was travelling at Christmas time to Disney when the traffic and area were so VERY crowded. But we saw 6 different firework displays from the housing area's bridge on New Years Eve."
