As our guest, you and your family have automatic membership for the duration of your stay to use the resort amenities, which include: a clubhouse, large Olympic size outdoor pool, whirlpool and spa, separate toddler pool, cinema, fitness centre, video arcade, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts, billiard tables, children's play area, picnic and BBQ areas, sundry shop, business facilities, 24 hour gated entrance and a shuttle service to the attractions (small charge for shuttle service).

The "Mystic Dunes" championship golf course within a 5 minute walk. Less than a 5 minute drive away you will also find a 24 hour supermarket and lots of choice for dining out.

Your home at Fan Palm is absolutely wonderful, it was home from home for us but with lovely sunny weather! and a pool! I am going to be writing an article for a National Newspaper in England regarding our holiday as we went to Miami and The Everglades for a couple of days as well and swam with the Dolphins which was out of this world! Would you mind me including details of your home as, believe me, it is highly worthy of it!

Your home is splendid - beautifully decorated, well maintained and furnished with everything we would ever need during our stay. It was as if we had never left our homes. Your villa is very ideally located and the community club house was a great place for recreation and entertainment. Therefore, it is our decision to rent from you again whenever we decide to go back to Florida. And we will definitely recommend your place to our friends and family. We offer Two (Adjacent) family-owned 4 bedroom, 3 bath (2 En-suite), air conditioned executive villas (which accommodate a maximum of 8-9 per villa("Villa Minnie" has 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 double bed/twin bunkbed combo. "Villa Mickey" has 2 kings, 4 twins) with their own private (heated and screened) pool and shaded lanai with a Fireworks view of Disneyworld, Luxurious Spa, Big TV(51" Mickey, 32" Minnie), DVD player, Playstation II, Free International Telephone Calls, Computer with Free "High Speed" Internet, TVs in ALL bedrooms, and located on THE premier 5* gated community in the Disney area known as the "Windsor Palms Resort".

The house comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 3 single, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 9 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 3 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 9 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Within easy reach of the house you will find a beach.

All of the Magic of Orlando is within close proximity of our villa. (Only 4 miles to Disneyworld).
