Built in July 2004, Villa Augusta is located in the exclusive Calabay Parc community, just 15 minuates from the Walt Disney World and 5 minutes from the Champions Gate golf and shopping complex. The villa is fully equipped and furnished to the highest standards of comfort and design, with two master bedroom suites, both overlooking the oversize pool, jacuzzi and extended sun terrace, as well as two additional twin bedrooms and a family bathroom.

It is ideally situated, close to theme parks, golf courses and the all year-round attractions of Central Florida, as well as both the Gulf and Space coasts, and perfectly suited for all your vacation requirements. 

 

 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a west facing patio area, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find fishing, flying, walking, golf, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema.
