This villa is ideally located just off the Osceola Parkway with easy access to all the main attractions. There are a variety of shops and restaurants only 1 minute away and there are also a number of golf courses nearby.

The villa has a private screened swimming pool (which can be heated at extra cost), is fully air-conditioned, beautifully decorated to a very high standard, and is professionally cleaned and maintained. There are 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), living room with Cable TV, VCR, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer & ice maker, a double garage, telephone, as well as a utility area with washer, dryer, iron and ironing boards. Towels and linens are also provided for your convenience
 

 

The house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television video, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Quiet friendly resedential neighbourhood. The management company were excellent, the couple dropped by on the 2nd day to check everything was ok and then left us to our own devices, this really was just what we wanted.
