Our home is lovingly maintained to a high standard and is fully licensed for short term rental as required by the State of Florida and Osceola County.


Our games room has a full size pool table and electric air hockey. We also have cable TV/DVD/video/Game Cube and games the children in your party (or some adults) will be glad to relax and unwind, leaving the grown-ups some quality time to enjoy a well earned refreshment.

Master bedroom consists of queen-size bed, dressing table, drawers, large walk in closet, 'phone , cable TV/DVD, en-suite with his and hers basins, large walk in shower and sunken bath.

Further two twin bedrooms (travel cot if required). Ample closet space, cable TV, DVD, video, Game Cube in one room and access to the family bathroom with shower and bath.

Lounge has an open airy feel with vaulted ceilings, comfortable furnishings, living area with sofas (queen-size sofa bed if required), 27 inch TV/DVD, CD, radio, open outlook through patio doors onto lanai and formal dining table.

Kitchen is fully equipped with large refrigerator/freezer, electric cooker, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher and beautiful wooden table with views through the bay windows onto front garden. All crockery and cutlery are also provided. Access into garage with washing machine/dryer and pushchair.

Dickens Circle is centrally located in a peaceful , easy to find community. Lindfields allows easy access to the 192 and all major highways. This well established area has both residential and holiday homes. Disney World, MGM, Epcot and all other theme Parks within easy reach. Numerous restaurants such as TGI Fridays, Dennys, Red Lobster, and Outback are all within 2 miles. There is also a Publix supermarket nearby if you wish to buy some essentials! We are conveniently located for golf as Orange Lake golf course is opposite the entrance to Lindfields and we are only minutes from Kissimmee Old Town. With its quiet surroundings and mature landscaping 2914 Dickens Circle is a truly relaxing place to take a holiday. 

We understand how much you look forward to your holiday and we aim to make sure that everything is as you would wish. Our management company can organise for a food package to be ready on arrival, provide extra cleaning during your stay and can even collect you from the airport if you don't fancy driving on your first day(all of the above at a cost). For the comfort and safety of our guests we have a no smoking policy. . Children however, are more than welcome!!! We realise that you do not want to be cramped in one bedroom on holiday and it is nice to have space for all of the family to relax.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking.

Close to the villa you will find water skiing, boat hire, fishing, flying, horse riding, golf, tennis, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, sailing.

We are only 45 mins from both Daytona Beach and Clearwater.
