We've been visiting Florida for 15 years now, and had always intended to buy a place, but just never got round to it. We've stayed, in hotels (once!), villa's and condo's. We rented a friends bungalow on Vista in October 2003, and just fell in love with it. We liked the security of the gated entry, the fact that you could stroll or cycle around the estate which is almost picturesque, and the facilities on site which are excellent, and include three swimming pools (the nearest just 150 yards away), two, with hot tubs, at the reception area, tennis courts, fitness room, childrens play area, etc,all free of charge to guests. The nearest golf course is about a mile away.The estate is semi-residential and we have found the American residents and staff to be extremely helpful and friendly.
 

I went back to Vista with a friend in January 2004 to buy a property. We spent two days looking at homes, and this property was last, for sale privately.As soon as I walked in I knew it was the right one.We've been back several times since, and are constantly adding and improving to make it as comfortable as possible for our guests. The bedrooms all have fitted wardrobes, and portable TVs with cable channels, the master bathroom is huge, with a large circular tub, seperate shower and twin vanity units. The lounge dining area has three sofa's,the kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast dining area. There is a large west facing screened porch at the rear (26' x 10'), with a view over the lake to the right, and the most beautiful sunsets! There is also a west facing patio area, ideal for sunbathing, with all weather recliner chairs and footstools. We have added mountain bikes and a barbecue for the use of guests, plus tennis racquets, chidrens travel cot and pushchair. 

Vista Del Lago is just 5 miles from Walt Disney World, and about 30 minutes to Sea World and Universal Studios. Kissimmee Old Town and Celebration are about 7 miles from the Estate, and both are well worth a visit. Vineland Village, Premium Outlets, Belz, Florida Mall are all less than an hours drive.
Closer to hand, at the entrance to the Estate, and just a 15 minute walk, is a sports bar (which features British football via Sky), takeaways and an English tea room. There are supermarkets (Publix) and restaurants just minutes away by car. If you don't want to drive, taxi's are available, and there is a bus service. The nearest Walmart is about 3 miles from the estate. A short drive onto Highway 27, and you're soon in open countryside, bordered by hundreds of citrus groves.Give us a try - you wont be disappointed! 

Portable TVs are situated in all the bedrooms, with a VCR in the twin room.All TVs have cable channels. There is a 37" HD TV in the lounge, with a combined DVD / Video player, There is additional dining seating in the kitchen/ breakfast area and in the screened porch. We have also provided external patio furniture. There is a king size sofa bed in the living area. All towels, including beach towels are provided, and other extras include styling tongs and a hot brush, binoculars, DVDs, books, CDs, comprehensive street guide, etc. There are also four cycles in the utility shed for the use of guests. NEW FOR 2009! Wi Fi Internet access available for a small fee!

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge area. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm. The villa has a sauna.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a east facing garden, a west facing patio area, interesting views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, fishing, tennis, a sports center.

Close to the villa you will find golf, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find ...nothing specified.

Three pools, two hot tubs (nearest pool 200 yards from the bungalow.), childrens play area, etc.

Walt Disney World is just minutes away, Sea World and Universal Studios, a half hour drive.
