Our townhome is located at the prestigious Regal Palms Resort & Spa a Triple AAA/CAA (3 diamonds) & The Guild of Florida Owners (4 star) rated resort.

The resort is the perfect choice for families wishing to have their independence whilst enjoying the facilities of a resort and still being close to Orlando’s great attractions.

The clubhouse features a 24x7 reception, restaurant and sports bar, business center with internet facilities, pool terrace and games room. A further building houses a gymnasium, spa, health and beauty complex. The private grounds feature an extensive tropical pool complex with two heated pools with lazy river, hot tub, waterfall and waterslide, a central island and extensive sun decks.

A shuttle bus is available to the major theme parks.

A Publix supermarket and further restaurants are a few yards from the resort and a Wal*Mart Supercenter is a short drive away.
Adjacent to the resort is the 18 hole Highlands Reserve Golf Course, this is a 72 par championship course with extremely challenging greens.
 

The house comfortably sleeps 9/10 people.

Our townhome has 4 bedrooms with king size and queen size beds in bedrooms 1 and 2, both have ensuite facilities including bath and shower. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds in each and share the 3rd bathroom. Cable TV is in both master bedroom and lounge. Lounge also has DVD/VCR.

Property features central air conditioning, washer machine, tumble dryer and in room safe. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hob and oven, large fridge freezer with ice maker, microwave. There is parking for 2 cars. The lounge has patio doors to a covered patio area and sofa bed.

Towels and bed linen are provided.

The house comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living room. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool.

The house has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

House has one bedroom, with ensuite bath, and queen bed, as well as sofa bed in living room, located on first floor. There are no stairs to climb leading from driveway to inside of the house. Washer/dryer unit also located on first floor. 

The house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The house is right beside swimming, golf, a sports center, a restaurant.

Close to the house you will find a themepark, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the house you will find shopping areas.

Pat says: "We had a fabulous time. The unit was lovely and spacious. The rooms were large and attractive. The beds were so comfortable I think I need a new mattress at home!! Everybody loved the pool area a great hit. Its a great place to spend the day instead of the parks. Would definitely return and I told everyone at work it is the way to go far superior to hotel units."
