The luxurious, fully air-conditioned villa offers spacious accommodation for up to ten people. Outside, the south west facing pool and spa which may be heated when required and has underwater lighting allows for maximum sunshine and views of glorious sunsets. Surrounded by an extended sun deck the area offers fun and relaxation for the whole family. Luxury sun loungers, recliners, tables and chairs provide an opportunity to relax and dine in the beautiful Florida sunshine. The covered lanai has a ceiling fan for additional comfort. A removable security screen around the pool is provided to ensure the safety of your children.

The living room of the villa is fully tiled and well furnished with two large three to four seater sofa. There is also a coffee table, two matching table lamps and two standard lamps. A ceiling fan is fitted in this room for added comfort. For home entertainment there is a 27 inch flat screen colour television linked to cable plus a DVD/CD/VCR player. The living room overlooks the pool and lanai area which may be accessed through sliding doors. Free internet access is available twenty for hours a day for guests.

Also looking out to the pool/lanai is the dining area which is furnished with a table and four chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances. There are three stools provided for use at the breakfast bar. A telephone is situated in this area allowing free local calls.
 

The master suite has a king-size bed, dresser and mirror, two bedside cabinets and has its own television connected to cable plus a ceiling fan for added comfort. A sliding door leads from the master suite directly to the pool area. There is also a telephone point. The en-suite bathroom of the master bedroom is equipped with a corner bath tub, large walk-in shower, two vanity units and separate water closet. There are two large walk-in wardrobe situated between the master suite and the bathroom.
The first twin bedroom is furnished with twin beds, large fitted wardrobes and dresser. Adjacent to this bedroom is a shower room with large walk-in shower, water closet and vanity basin. The second twin bedroom is furnished with twin beds, large fitted wardrobes and dresser.
The double bedroom contains a queen-size bed, large fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinet and three drawer chest.
The latter two bedrooms both link to a bath/shower room comprising bath with shower unit, vanity basin and water closet. This arrangement offers flexibility enabling either the second twin or the double bedroom to have an en-suite facility or for both bedrooms to share the bathroom.

Whilst the air-conditioned living area extends to 1800 square feet, to fully appreciate the quality lifestyle that comes with this property the number of occupants is limited to ten.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find fishing, flying, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant.
