The villa is a family owned Meditteranean style villa decorated and furnished to a high standard for your comfort and enjoyment.Located on Disney's doorstep.It has a private pool , HOT TUB and is a fully air conditioned ,executive property (with a large wow factor) that can easily accommodate eight people. 

Downstairs : You have a large LIVING AREA complete with sofas (1 sofa bed) , rocking chairs (that can also be used on the porch), a D.V.D. player, 27" T.V.and satalite channels including Disney,portable telephone and answerphone + WIRELESS internet.
A fully equipped OPEN PLAN KITCHEN with a breakfast bar and all the appliances needed for a modern kitchen including a dishwasher , cooker, large microwave , and a refrigerator with built in icemaker.There is a seperate LAUNDRY ROOM with a washing machine , a seperate dryer , ironing board and iron .
You have a FORMAL DINING AREA that overlooks the pool
You also have a cloakroom and double garage.
We have used half the garage as a GAMES AND LEISURE area in which there is a full size American pool table , a table tennis converter top , , a 12 in 1 multi game table for youngsters , and an assortment of toys and inflatables for the pool area.
The POOL AREA :The pool can be accessed from the cloakroom or the patio doors in the living area both of which are alarmed for the safety of your children.The pool is square in shape and is 26'x13' in size with underwater lighting and a patio which has a full set of patio/pool furniture including luxury sun loungers and is fully screened to let the sun in but keep insects out (planted with beautiful flowers for privacy ).

Upstairs : There are four large beautiful bedrooms consisting of 1 master bedroom with a king-size bed , a T.V complete with satalite channels , clockradio,and an en-suite bathroom with a Roman bath , walk in shower and his and hers washbasins.A second double room with T.V. satalite channels and clockradio , and two rooms containing twin beds , T.V.s , PLAYSTATION 2s and clockradios in each.All the bedrooms have built in wardrobes.There is also another fully equiped bathroom with shower and bath.All linen and towels are provided for the bedrooms and bathrooms.
We will also be providing for people with babies or small children a cot/crib- not travel (linen provided) , a highchair , and2x strollers  

The villa is located on the new gated resort of High Grove which has a community CLUBHOUSE WITH COMPUTERS,LARGE PLASMA SCREEN,GYM,POOL ,SPA, AND CHILDRENS PLAY AREA.and is situated where Highway 192 meets Highway 27 (Kissimmee /Clermont ) . You are apprximately 6 MILES from Disney World, MGM studios, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Disney water parks, plus Downtown Disney for daytime fun and nightlife , and you are close to all the other major attractions Orlando has to offer.
Highway 192 offers 15 miles of shops , supermarkets, excellent restaurants, fast food outlets, bars, shows, crazy golf, go-carts, water parks and helicopter rides.
There is also a 24 hour Super Walmart supermarket less than half a amile from High Grove.
Other Attractions : Universal Studios , Islands of Adventure , Seaworld , Discovery Cove (your chance to swim with a Dolphin) , Busch Gardens , Kennedy Space Centre , Cypress Gardens , Silver Springs , Gatorland , The International Drive Area , Aquatic Wonder Boat Tours , Airboat rides , Parasailing , Balloon Trips , Petting Farm (your chance to milk a cow) , Golf (over 150 courses within an hours drive) , Fishing , water sports , Horse riding , and motor sports.

Nightlife : Pleasure Island (where every night is new years eve in the many bars , restaurants and clubs ), Downtown Disney with Cirque du Soleil , a 24 screen cinema, Planet Hollywood , and Disney Quest.

We have a HOT TUB with fibre optic lighting, a swimming pool with MULTI COLOUR UNDERWATER LIGHTING .We provide a crib/cot,2xstroller ,and highchair all free of charge.We also have FREE national phone calls with portable phone (answerphone) - ideal for by the pool, FREE digital safe,Monitored alarm, WIRELESS internet,2xPlaystation 2s ,t.v.s in all the bedrooms,and pool toys and games available free of charge Clubhouse with computers,Large plasma screen,Gym, Pool, Spa, and Childrens play area

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the Rollaway beds in bedroom, 1 double sofa bed located in the Family Room. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a patio area. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find boat hire, fishing, flying, horse riding, golf, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find tennis.
