A large 4 bedroom/3 bathroom/2 sitting room villa. Furnishings are to high specification carefully co-ordinated by an interior designer, to achieve maximum comfort and style.

Situated on Glenbrook, a private luxury development off the US27. The villa is ideally located for theme parks, shops and tourist attractions but at the same time countryside, lakes for watersports, golf courses and major highways to both coasts are within easy reach by car.


Besides having exclusive use of this private villa, guests can also access free of charge community resort facilities all within a 5 minute walk if desired. These include tennis and volleyball courts, gym room and swimming pool with fountain. The clubhouse has a large screen TV, computer with internet access & kitchen facilities. A games room has pool and air hockey tables. DVD library ($10 refundable on DVD return)

Glenbrook is the perfect place to wind down after a busy day experiencing Florida attractions or an ideal haven to soak up the Florida sunshine around the private pool with home from home comforts.





 

There are 2 LARGE SITTING ROOMS, one overlooking the pool and patio area with a large mirrored wall making it a very light and airy place to relax.

The second lounge is at the front end of the property which makes it an ideal proposition for two families sharing, if they are engaged in different activities. Both have tastefully extended dining areas, being within easy reach of the kitchen. There is cable television, DVD and a CD player.

The KITCHEN has a seated breakfast area for 8 persons and is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, ice maker, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker all of modern design. Tableware is also plentiful along with non breakable items for patio/deck use.

There are 4 DOUBLE BEDROOMS, 2 of these are master ensuite, one overlooking the patio and pool area. The further two bedrooms have twin beds in each and access to a further family bathroom, giving a total of 3 BATHROOMS. All bedrooms have TVs.

There is a large POOL at the rear of the property with spa (Jacuzzi) at its furthest end. The pool is electrically heated (though this is optional). At night, the pool can be illuminated making the area look very enticing. We have a large extended DECK/PATIO, which is equipped with pool side furniture. There is a detachable child safety barrier. A Gas BBQ is situated in one corner of the patio to accommodate el fresco lovers.

A GAMES ROOM with table tennis and darts is for resident use if required which connects by an integral door to a utility room and the rest of the house. The UTILITY ROOM is fully equipped with a large washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board.


 

Although the area is very safe, there is a burglar alarm and smoke detectors present. Local telephone calls are free (plus internaltional calls and villa internet access from September 08). All linen, house and pool towels (excluding beach towels) are provided. There is also a travel cot and high chair should these be required. Local facilities within a 2 mile radius include supermarkets, hairdresser, urgent care centre, pharmacy, post office, bank, fast food outlets, gas station and restaurants.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include table tennis.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

No steps at entry, through lounge and open plan kitchen. All facilities and bedrooms are on ground floor. Easy access to rear master queen bedroom and ensuite. Wide edge around corner bath for easy transfer from a wheelchair. Patio doors to pool deck wide enough to get wheelchair through. Please note there may be some difficulty negotiating doorways if wheelchair is extra large ie if person has a BMI over 35 

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside tennis, a sports center.

Close to the villa you will find swimming, fishing, walking, cycling, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, golf, historic sites, a museum.

Free clubhouse facilities are a 5 minute walk away.

Seaworld and gatorland are within a 30 minute drive.
