Our lovely fully air-conditioned Disney Villa is very spacious and bright with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very private screened pool terrace which overlooks a pretty lake and grassed areas.
Our Orlando Villa is situated in the extremely popular "The Palms" at Lake Davenport Estates which is only 6 miles from Walt Disney World. It is really close to all the major attractions and all the major golf courses including Greg Norman's famous course at Champions' Gate. It is also only 5 minutes from the 400 acre Lake Davenport.
Our Southwest facing pool enjoys the Florida sunshine from mid-morning until sunset. The pool terrace overlooks a lake and can be illuminated at night for swimming and it's also a lovely place to relax of an evening and watch the glorious sunsets after a busy fun filled day.
The excellent communal facilities at The Palms are free to all guests and include tennis courts, basketball court, a swimming pool and a childrens' play area.
The villa is minutes away from two Publix supermarkets, restaurants, a pharmacy, petrol station and a new 24 Hour Super Walmart is about a mile away on Highway 27.
There are many golf courses within easy reach including Polo Park which is less than a mile away. Highlands Reserve, Southern Dunes and the famous Champions' Gate courses are all within a 10 minute drive.

Our villa is very spacious with nearly 2000 sq ft of living space and two separate reception rooms. There is a large 23'0" x 13'8" living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and a large comfortable 18'0" x 15'0" family room with patio doors to the private pool terrace.
The pool terrace backs on to the pretty lake so there are no other properties in front of you.
The family room has Cable TV/VCR/DVD, Playstation 2 with two controllers and a selection of games. CD player with a selection of CD's and tapes.
The Master bedroom has a King size bed, Cable TV, clock radio, ceiling fan, walk-in closet and a large en-suite bathroom with twin vanity units, bath tub, double walk in shower and separate WC.
The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed, Cable TV, ceiling fan, and large closet.
The 3rd and 4th bedrooms each have 2 twin beds, Cable TV and large closets.

The Location and Surrounding Areas
The Palms situated in Davenport, Florida, is located just minutes south of Disney World amid orange groves and citrus trees and is the best place for a vacation in the Orlando area.
The town of Davenport is just two miles square in size, but the Davenport area stretches out over the region that follows Highway 17, and east of Highway 27. Davenport is a small town nestled amid the booming growth of the Orlando, Kissimmee area.
If you want a quiet spot away from Disney, Epcot, Universal, and Sea World, then Davenport is the place to be!
