Welcome to the website showing our brand new 5 bedroomed 3.5 bathroomed villa on the beautiful Calabay Parc. The building was completed in June 2004 and has been finished to the highest specification.
The property is a 'Greenbriar' only two on Calabay Parc but a much sought after house on the new Calabay Parc at Tower Lakes. Inside and out, the house is magnificent. We are able to sleep up to 14 people. 5 conventional bedrooms and 2 double bed settees. The kitchen is fully equipped with every labour saving device you can imagine. Everything from a dishwasher to a corkscrew.
For dining Al Fresco we have a poolside dining suite where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun or an evening meal in the sultry climate you only get in Florida.

For the quieter moments, we have a reding area on the first floor. Somewhere you can get away from the kids, relax with a good book and enjoy the peace and tranquility. If that's not what you are looking for, meet up in the games room. Pool table, table tennis and air hockey are available for your enjoyment. The latest Playstation2 and games can be found in the lounge together with a DVD player, VHS video recorder and an assortment of board games.  

Calabay Parc is a gorgeous holiday retreat nestling close to nature trails and a scenic woodland area off Highway 27 but is within 12 minutes drive of the hustle and bustle of Walt Disney World. Less than a 5 minute drive will take you to local amenities: Publix supermarket, take away food shops, pubs (with English football showing live) beauty salon, chemist and late convienience stores.
 

Calabay Parc is approximately 30 minutes from Orlando International and approximately 55 minutes from Sandford.
Sea World is 20 minutes away and Universal 30.
Kennedy Space Centre is 60 minutes drive so to is Clearwater.
Most importantly, we are only 12 minutes from the maingate of Disney. 

Fully equipped games room with pool table table tennis and air hockey. A Playstation2 is also available in the lounge. We have purchased several DVD's and an assortment of board games for your enjoyment.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 14 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside sailing, walking.

Close to the villa you will find swimming, boat hire, fishing, horse riding, golf, tennis, a theatre/cinema, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find flying, historic sites.
