Our executive Florida villa offers luxury living in spacious and well-appointed surroundings. The property features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, lounge, family room, fully fitted kitchen, and separate utility room. The outside deck area houses a good sized swimming pool and spa, which provides the finishing touch to this superb villa.

A Games Room is provided for the entertainment of kids, teens and adults!

With the Disney theme parks less than a 10 minute drive away, and a wide choice of shops and restaurants nearby, this is an ideal choice for your holiday venue.

On-site management and check-in ensures a smooth start to your vacation, and guests can take full advantage of Glenbrook’s excellent on-site facilities.
 

LOUNGE - A peaceful room for relaxing in after a busy day, the lounge has both a two-seater sofa and a three-seater sofa that doubles as a sleeper for one or two people. There is a formal dining area for those 'special' meals.

KITCHEN & UTILITY ROOM - The fully equipped fitted kitchen includes electric range, microwave oven, dishwasher, US-sized refrigerator and bar area with stools. The separate Utility Room has a individual washer and dryer machines, with iron and ironing board included

FAMILY ROOM - A large room, with patio doors which open out onto the Pool deck. In addition to the dining table & chairs, we have included several comfortable sofas. A large screen TV, video, DVD and Playstation 2 are provided for your entertainment.

BEDROOMS / BATHROOMS - Four luxurious bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen and 2 Twin). The two master bedrooms each have en-suite bathrooms, ceiling fans and walk-in closets. The third bathroom serves bedrooms 3 & 4. A Television set (cable) is included in each bedroom.

GAMES ROOM - Includes an 8-foot Pool Table, Foose-Ball, Air Hockey and Electronic Darts. All games equipment is to a professional standard to ensure your maximum enjoyment of this space.

POOL & SPA - The fully screened swimming pool measures 13' x 26' with integrated bubble jet spa and waterfall feature. Loungers, chairs and patio furniture is provided. Pool heating is available as an optional extra (only required in Winter).
 

The sought after Glenbrook Resort is situated less than 10 minutes from all Disney theme parks. Located on Route 27, just two miles north of the 192 and close to a variety of shops and restaurants. On-site Reception is housed within the Clubhouse.

The Glenbrook Clubhouse has a media room, game room, exercise room and wireless internet access. Resort facilities include public pool, sand volleyball court, tennis court and manned reception.

A car is desirable, but for those of you who don't want to drive in the USA, a daily shuttle service is available from Glenbrook at a nominal cost.

There is a Walgreens adjacent to the Glenbrook entrance, and a brand new Walmart superstore recently opened in October 2004. There is a good choice of restaurants and bars located close by to suit all tastes (and budgets).

You are only a short drive from all of the shops and attractions along the 192 and Kissimmee Old Town. Within easy driving distance you also have the Fashion Mall and Premier Outlets, for the shopaholics. 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, tennis.

Close to the villa you will find golf, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing.
