This bright and roomy luxury villa is situated on the Glenbrook Resort.

This villa has everything you need with luxury upgraded furniture.

It is only 10 minutes from the Disney entrance and 25 minutes from Universal Studios.

There are two large supermarkets within 2-5 minutes and bars and restaurants are within 10 minutes.

There are four double bedrooms. 1 king with ensuite bathroom and hair dryer. Patio doors opening onto the pool area!
1 queen with patio doors opening on to the pool area!
2 sets of twin bedrooms.
Each bedroom has a TV and DVD and one of the twins has a VCR combi. All linen and towels are provided.

The family area has a TV and DVD, CD player and a Nintendo Game cube with games. There are also some DVD films and board games.
There are 2 sofas (one is a sofa bed) and 1 armchair. There are patio doors from the family area leading out on to the pool and spa area - which is also funrished with high quality patio furniture.

The Kitchen and dining area are again fully equipped. There is a cooker, microwave, fridge freezer with icemaker, waste disposal, water filter tap attached to the sink, dishwasher. All utensils are supplied. There is a wash room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Dining area has table and chairs with two matching bar stools at the breakfast bar.

The pool and spa area is north facing and fully screened. BBQ can be hired from the clubhouse at extra cost but this has to be used outside the pool area on the grass to avoid damage to the pool deck. (pool and spa can be heated at an additional charge of £90.00 per week).

The large double garage has been converted into a Fully Equipped Games Room - Pool table, Air Hockey Table, Foosball Table, Darts board, Bar table and 2 bar stools.

There is a 2 car driveway.

For the Holiday Season, in the garage you will find a Christmas Tree with lights and decorations for you to put up so you can celebrate Christmas while on holiday!

There is a mobile hair dresser/Beautician that will come out to your villa should you require it. Strollers, cots, high chairs can be hired at extra charge. Ask owner for the price list for any of the above.

There is also a safe in the villa, the code will be provided at an extra charge.

On arrival a print of your credit card will be taken for breakage cover. If after you have left there is no damage you card will not be charged but if there is damage there will be a $500 breakage charge. A print of your credit card is compulsory.


 

There is an on-site management company and they are available 24 hours a day. They can answer any queries and help with park tickets and information. The keys for the villa are to be collected from the clubhouse so you do not have to drive around trying to find your Management company to provide the keys and then go in another direction looking for your villa! It is all very easy. You can pick your keys up at any time of the day or night - so dont worry if you arrive late!

The Clubhouse has a gym/fitness room, games room and a media room with internet access free of charge. There is a lovely communal swimming pool with mushroom waterfall, a large sun decking area with sun-relaxers, patio tables and chairs and sun parasols. There are also tennis and basket ball courts. 

There is a shuttle service available from Glenbrook to some of the Major attractions and shopping outlets. (ask at clubhouse for times)

All the parks and major attractions are easy to get to from Glenbrook and are all very near.

Disney's entrance is only 10 minutes away. Other attractions are between 10 and 20 minutes away. 

The property has access to the onsite clubhouse which holds a gym, Games room, Communal Swimming Pool, Tennis Court, Computer with internet access and Cinema lounge room sitting area. There is also a shuttle service available to all major theme parks and shopping outlets.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private north facing swimming pool, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, tennis, a sports center.

Close to the villa you will find golf, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, fishing, horse riding, a theatre/cinema.

All Major attractions are within a 45 minute drive

Walgreens at site entrance, Super Wal-Mart 2 min drive. 20 mins to Sea World.
