This beautifully furnished4 bed single story home is thoughtfully appointed and is situated in one of the nicest communities in the area. Once through the front door to your left is the light and airy kitchen complete with breakfast table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with a gas cooker with oven and built in microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and lots lots more. The full sized washer and dryer are located in a separate utility room. The six person dining table and chairs are set apart from the living space in its own area. The lounge has 2 large, comfortable sofa's and a separate rocking chair on which to relax and enjoy the cable TV, DVD and stereo CD system. The large master bedroom has a king sized bed, cable TV and a luxurious en suite bathroom, which has twin sinks, shower and a separate large round tub. Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed and cable TV and is next to the family bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a real treat in store for the little one's. Winnie The Pooh themed, this cosy room has twin beds with white wicker furniture and is thoughtfully decorated with the characters from the movie. Bedroom 4 has twin beds. All the bedrooms have large built in closets and hair dryers are also provided in the bathrooms. To complete your holiday pleasure this home has a 25' swimming pool and a separate splash pool for the little ones. The large under cover eating area has a dining table with chairs, and for the sun worshipers additional sun loungers for you to drink in the sun. The pool deck area is fully screened for your comfort and is a truly relaxing way to unwind after a hard day at the parks. Fancy a game of pool or table top football? Well you can. This house has a 7' pool table, table top football, dart board and a whole host of other games to enjoy.For your children's safety the doors and windows leading on to the pool deck are alarmed.

 

 

 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the lounge. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
