the Villa has been decorated to a very high standard. The front lounge is a great place to relax and chill out, read or listne to music. The family room is open plan with the kitchen and overlooks the pool, here you can watch 50 inch Plasma TV.

Both Master suites have huge wakin closets and both bathrooms are fitted with twin vanity units and hairdryers. The queen room has a TV and VCR. Bedroom 4 has a kingsize bed and a further 3 twin rooms and 2 full bathrooms with fitted hairdryers.

The villa comprises 7 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 3 twin and 2 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Family Room. This gives room for up to 16 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 15 in the living room and 15 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Close to the villa you will find water skiing, wind surfing, flying, horse riding, golf, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.
