The villa is comprised of four bedrooms and three bathrooms; it has a private heated swimming pool and Spa. There is a formal lounge and dinning room with a stereo system, ideal for those evening when staying at home. Our two master suites have cable T.V, en-suite bathroom with both individual shower and tub; both master bedrooms have a walk in closet and are furnished by a local interior designer. The twin rooms are themed, the first has Disney’s Finding Nemo, and ideal for kids of all ages, and cable T.V. this also has a large closet. The second has an Elephant theme along with cable T.V with another closet.
There is a double car garage, a Utility area with a large American washer and large dryer, Ironing board and iron, and an airer for drying delicates.
The Family room has all you need for making you feel at home, there is a large wide screen T.V, Video, and an X Box system with games. A large well padded leather sofa for you to relax on after a hard day in the parks or out shopping till you drop is set over looking the pool and spa.
The fully fitted kitchen has upgraded appliances, including a white enamel sink with waste disposal, a filtered water tap for fresh cold water. There is a supersize Cooker with a microwave above. A giant fridge and freezer, all of the cabinets have enough pots and pans, plates, cups, glasses and silverware for your party. There is a Breakfast bar and a breakfast nook for those informal times when dinning.
The family room overlooks the pool and spa. The spa can accommodate six people at once, ideal to soak away the day of recover from the theme parks.
 

We purchased our new villa in October 2004 after falling in love with the location and proximity to Disney and away from the hustle and bustle of the 192. Glenbrook resort has an onsite key collection along with a clubhouse with a resort style community swimming pool, A gym , Tennis court and a volleyball court. All these facilities are free for the use of our Guests. The clubhouse has a large screen cinema style T.V and an internet point also free for our gusts.
 

 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The location of the villa means you will hear some noise, though not excessive. It has a private east facing swimming pool, access to a shared east facing swimming pool, a east facing patio area, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, tennis.

Close to the villa you will find fishing, golf, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, boat hire, flying, a theatre/cinema.
