Our lovely home is so close to Disney you can see the fireworks at night.We have spent a hge amount of time,effort and money to make our home one of the top larger rental homes in the vacation home market.Our bedrooms consist of a huge american king size four poster bed with pillow top matress and top quality bedding and furniture.The bedroom has two walk in closets with lockable wall safes and then a huge ensuite bathroom with corner bath,twin vanities,wc and walk in shower,this ensuite has a door onto the pool deck.On this ground floor we have another two twin bedded room one of which is themed.These share a shower room.We have two spacious lounges with soaring ceilings.The front lounge has a 60 inch home cinema tv and dvd player,comfortable sofas,including a Queen size sleeper sofa.Our rear lounge has more comfortable leather sofas a flat screen tv with dvd and vcr.
We have two dining areas with seating for twelve and and bar stools.
Completing downstairs we have a utility room with washing machine,dryer ,iron and ironing board.The huge air conditioned games room has full size pool table,air hockey,electronic darts,x box ,foosball and a selection of board games. 

On the first floor of our lovely home we have two Queen size bedrooms both with there own ensuite bathrooms. and pillow top matresses.The third bedroom on this floor is another twin bedded room.all bedrooms have ceiling fans and tv's.The bathrooms have colour co-ordinated towels and fittings for that extra touch of class and have both baths and showers 

We have saved the best feature till last,out south facing 30foot heatable pool and bubbling spa.The pool is in an oversize sunbathing deck with top quality pool chairs and loungers.The pool is surrounded by palm trees and exotic plants to give you privacy around the pool.Our pool is lit at night by everchanging different colours for a fantastic effect.The poolside also has a hot and cold shower.To the side of the house is a paved area with gas bbq,table and chairs all surrounded by privacy fencing.
Look at all these features you will see why our guests keep coming back,this house has definately got that wow factor

The villa comprises 6 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 3 twin and 2 cots, 5 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Front Lounge. This gives room for up to 14 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 6 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 14 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
