Villa Portobello is an Executive 4 bed 3 bath Villa with private pool and spa near Walt Disney World. Located just off Route 27, Clermont, Florida.

It is a 1953sq ft villa, fully air conditioned completed in July 2003, on the new Glenbrook resort offering all the benefits of home from home. Situated less than 10 minutes from all Disney theme parks, One mile North of the 192. Keys in lock box beside door for immediate access.

The Villa accommodates up to 10 guests + a baby/small child in a cot provided, and features :- Full intercom system throughout the villa with built in radio and CD player for music all through the home including the pool area, 6 x cable TV, DVD player + films, Portable CD player, Sony Play station 2 + games, B-B-Q, Luxury Pool Furniture, and a selection of Inflatable Pool Toys, Children's Books, Toys and Games
Free unlimited local, National and International phone calls are available to all guests. Hi speed wireless internet access
Free pool heat from March through October via solar heating.
 

The Villa has two living areas, a Lounge and a Family room. The Family room has a 27" TV {cable}, DVD player with films and a Portable CD player. The wall mounted built in intercom, Radio and 5 disc CD player is also situated in this room. It is well decorated with many pictures and plants, furniture consists of 2 side tables, 1 coffee table and a 3 piece suite.
The lounge is a more quiet relaxing room, with a 3 and 2 seater settee,The 3 seater settee folds out to make a queen size bed. 2 side tables, coffee table and bookcase. There is also a formal dining table and 4 chairs in this room.

The Kitchen area is fully tiled and well equipped with large oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and ice maker and many other utensils. The sink includes a waste disposal and water filter system. All crockery, cutlery and glasses etc are provided. There is also a dining table with places for 6 and a breakfast bar. A BBQ is located in the garage for outdoor cooking. There is also a cool box for picnics at the beach etc.

A laundry room between the Kitchen and Double garage is equipped with a full size washing machine and drier, and also includes a clothes drying frame, iron and ironing board.

The garage has been converted to a games room with 9' Tournament slate bed pool table and dart board + Electronic dart board, Football / Air hockey trable and more.

There are 4 bedrooms,3 Bathrooms, 2 with Master suites. All have built in wardrobes. All Bathrooms are tiled. Master 1 has a Queen size bed, bedside cabinet, large dressing table and mirror. This Master overlooks the pool area through large patio doors and has door access directly into the en-suite from the poolside. Master 2 features a king size bed and usual bedroom furniture. Both en-suites have bath and separate shower unit. The remaining 2 bedrooms are both twins and are served by the remaining bathroom with shower. In one of the rooms there is a sony play station 2 and games

There is also a buggy/stroller, baby intercom,cot/crib + High chair available for guest use.

The Large pool and spa are ideal for relaxing and cooling off. Pool heat is available. The whole area is screened and has outside lighting allowing evening entertainment. The deluxe pool furniture includes6 padded chairs, table and 2 loungers. Pool equipment i.e. inflatable kids toys are also included. There is a screen which is easily assembled along the length of the pool available in the garage to prevent accidents with small children falling into the pool and to give peace of mind. There is also a large umbrella on the patio for shade as the pool area is South facing.

Smoke detectors are fitted throughout and backed up with a fire extinguisher and emergency lighting. Windows all have locks and all exterior doors are fitted with deadbolts.



 

The Villa is located on the Glenbrook resort situated off U.S 27. One mile North of the 192. 10 minutes from all the Disney attractions and close to many restaurants, shops and supermarkets. 35 minutes to Orlando International Airport, 18 minutes to Universal Studios and less than 5 minutes to shops, restaurants, Golf and banks etc.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living Room. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The property is suitable for disabled guests, there are no steps to climb and the rooms are spacious with good access to all rooms and wide doors. The pool also has 2 steps gradually allowing access to the pool. 

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a south facing patio area, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, tennis, a sports center, a restaurant.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, shopping areas, a themepark, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, water skiing, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema.

The games room and the pool provided entertainment when we weren't at Disney. The kids had a blast. It took us about 20 minutes to reach Disney, but the drive wasn't bad and good for unwinding at the end of the day. Overall it was great value for the money and we will always stay in a house instead of hotel now. "
