This villa is located in the premier Remmington Golf Community. The home includes a spacious open floor plan with 3 bedrooms, and a bonus room which include a queen size sleep sofa. The villa is located on a water reserve, which inclues no buildings or homes on the opposite side. From the kitchen, living room, master bedroom and pool area one can look across the reserve out into the natural beauty of Florida. The home also includes a heated swimming pool, within a screen enclosure. 

The home is conveniently located with 5 minutes of RT 192 and the Florida Turnpike. It is just 15 minutes to Disney World, and 20 minutes to Universals Theme Parks. This close access to the Florida Turnpike provides good routing to the airport, Kennedy Space Center, and other FLorida attractions. Located with 5 minutes is a well equipped grocery store and Walmart Super Center. 

We have been regular visitors to the Orlando area for the last ten years. We chose this home due to the great location and quality of the Remmington Community. Clearly we fell in love with the prime waterfront location - and the peaceful view of the mater reserve. We hope you enjoy your vacation in the Orlando Area.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, golf, tennis.

Close to the villa you will find a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, flying, horse riding, a sports center, historic sites, a zoo, a themepark.

Elaine says: "My family and I have had a wonderful holiday using this villa. There is a magnificent view of the lake from the lounge area and we enjoyed watching the local wildlife. We saw ducks, fish and some lovely wading birds. The villa was very clean on our arrival and there were plenty of towels for our use. The location of the villa was very safe as it is a gated community and it's about 25 mins from Disney using the 192 and then SR 535 and then SR 536. We found this the quickest way into Disney. We found the whole process of booking and getting to the villa very easy following the instructions given to us. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to friends and family. "
