Our home has been designed to provide spacious living accommodation as follows:-

Family Room

The family room is furnished with two comfortable sofas, a coffee table, lamps, 30” cable TV offering a choice of over 100 channels, VCR/DVD, dining table seating six persons and doors leading to the pool area.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom is accessed from the family room and contains a Queen size bed (equivalent to UK King size bed), bedside tables and lamps, digital alarm clock, cable TV, walk-in closet, dressing table with mirrow, chest of drawers.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom containing “his and her” basins, large walk-in shower, bath and wc. All towels are provided and there is a hairdryer for guests use. There is a door giving access to the pool area.

Bedroom Two

This bedroom contains a double bed, chest of drawers with lamp, CD player and large walk-in closet.

Bedroom Three

This bedroom contains twin beds, tv and playstation 2,chest of drawers with lamp, large walk-in closet.

Kitchen

The kitchen is adjacent to the family room and is fully equipped with range/oven, microwave, large refrigerator with ice box, coffee maker, toaster, blender and kettle. All cutlery, crockery, kitchen utensils, glasses and pots/pans are also provided. There is a telephone providing FREE local calls. Credit card facilities to phone home are available.

Utility Room

With large washer/dryer for guests use.

Second Bathroom

This is located adjacent to bedrooms two and three and has bath/shower, wash basin and wc,

Larger Than Normal Pool

The pool is to the rear of the villa. The pool is not overlooked and backs on to a conservation area. Pool heating (optional) is available although not normally required during the summer months. The pool is fully screened to keep insects out but lets the sun in. Comfortable patio furniture is provided including sun-loungers. All doors to the pool are fully alarmed in accordance with State Law to prevent unaccompanied children from straying into the pool area.

The villa is fully licensed by the State and County Authorities for your protection and is fitted with smoke alarms and emergency lighting.

Double Integral Garage

The garage provides storage for the pool blanket and is available for guests use.

 

 

Our three bedroom villa with games room, pool and spa has everything you will need for a perfect holiday. All guests receive a FREE welcome pack upon arrival.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private north facing swimming pool, a north facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is a garage.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, flying, a zoo.
