Vista Del Lago is a 275 acre community set on Racoon Lake with easy access to all the fun of Disney World. It has 24 hour gated security and is a quiet friendly residential community. Your stay here includes free use of all the amenities at the million dollar clubhouse. Activities include floodlit tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboards, horseshoes, fishing lake with boat ramp, kids playground, pool tables and fitness room. There are also a number of arranged activities such as crafts and bingo. Although the house does not have its own pool (no pool heat to pay), you can make use of the three pools and the hot tub as well as the kiddies pool. One of the solar heated pools is just a 100 yard walk from the house with plenty of sun loungers on a decked area.
 

Our home is modern and very clean. It is air conditioned
with a screened in porch at the back with new patio furniture to take in the Florida sun - the ideal place for a beer and a book. The front room has a 51"TV with satellite receiver and DVD player with a number of DVD's. We have added a new playstation 2 with a number of games. A new lovely rocking chair has been added to the room. There is a telephone for local calls and a new computer with hi-speed internet access. All linen and towels are included and have been replaced recently. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with en suite bathroom. We have provided a hairdryer, curling tongs and hot brush as well as a TV with its own satellite receiver. The second bedroom has a double bed with TV, DVD player and satellite receiver. The third bed is a twin room with a dolphin theme with a Tv with its own satellite receiver. The second bathroom is situated between the two bedrooms. There are large wardrobes also plenty of drawer space within the matching furniture. A BBQ is available for those balmy evenings after a long day at the theme park.

The fully fitted kitchen includes oven / hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge / freezer, waste disposal and all other smaller appliances including an electric kettle. New pans and baking trays have been added to the home. Enjoy the lovely 'apple' design additional extras to the kitchen. A full size washer and dryer are situated in the utility area along with iron and ironing board.  

The property has a large carport and driveway for off road parking. The screened in sun porch is at the rear of the property with table and chairs.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the living room. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing garden, a east facing patio area, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find horse riding, golf, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Ann says: "I usually visit Florida once or twice a year using my time share facilities and have done so for 15 years. As this was an unplanned vacation no time share facilities were available. I had already arranged flights therefore began browsing on the internet for accomodation. I was very shocked to see the cost of renting all forms of holiday accomodation, so was rather surprised to see Cute and Cosy advertised at a rental of £300 per week, not per person but for the villa. I immediately booked it for two weeks. Although there was only myself and grandson, this was money well spent. We had a lovely time in a lovely home, in a lovely environment. We will be using this property again and I have put the details in "favourites""
