Summerplace Villa is located on High Grove - a gated Mediterranean style resort with clubhouse and communal pool. The properties have gorgeous orange roof tiles and a block paved pool and deck area, which makes the resort look very distinctive.

The community is situated 6 miles west, or 10 minutes TOLL FREE drive to Osceola Parkway and Disney's Animal Kingdom Magic Kingdom , Epcot, MGM Studios, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon.With easy access to the US 192 Hwy 27 and the I4, a stay at Summerplace Villa is also handy for visits to Cypress Gardens, Universal Studios, Seaworld, Gaylord Palms Hotel and Convention Centre , Facory outlets along Inernational Drive or Kennedy Space Centre.

The location at the intersection of Hwy 27 and US 192 offers a range of eating choices - Family Restaurants such as Denny's, Ponderosa, Sizzler, Golden Corral, Cracker Barrel, Giordano's, Perkins, Outback Steak House, Houlihans or Carrabas Italian restaurant.

Although most visitors prefer to eat out, a Super Wal- Mart is within 1/4 mile as is Bank of America and gas station. If you are visiting Florida for the golf a stay at Summerplace Villa is the ideal place to stay - it is just minutes from Champions Gate, and backs onto Polo Park public golf course.
 

Summerplace Villa occupies a south-facing site overlooking the community commons rather than another pool screen! The villa enjoys sunshine from early morning until sunset! The screened deck area is the perfect location for al fresco dining around the 26 X 14 ft pool with gas BBQ (gas bottles may be hired from our Management Company), 54 inch and 36 inch table, umbrella, 6 dining chairs and 2 sunloungers. Alternatively, you may prefer to chill out after a busy day at the parks - playing water volleyball,basket ball or simply lounging on the lilo that have been provided for your use. 

Relax in our tastefully furnished Family Area with 3 and 2 seater sofas, love seat, 27 inch satellite TV, DVD/CD player small selection of DVDs and board games..... or, you may prefer to unwind by playing pool, foosball or electronic darts in our GAMES ROOM! If you prefer to eat in, Summerplace Villa has a fully fitted kitchen, formal dining area for 6 and informal dining for 2. A separate Laundry Room has a fullsize Washing machine and drier fro Guests' use Access to the pool area is alarmed so that children cannot enter without alerying and adult and is either via the Family Room or the POOL BATHROOM with WC and washbasin.
On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms - . Master Bed 1 has a King size (6ft) bed, 19 inch TV with Direct TV link, en-suite bathroom with separate bath and shower, 2 washbasins and separate WC, hair drier. Master Bed 2 has a Queen size bed, 13 inch TV, hair drier and direct access to the family bathroom which has a bath with shower , WC and wash basin. The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing patio area, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, a sports center.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, golf, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a museum.

Mike says: "Excellent property. Exactly as described. Nice area (gated estate) easy to find. 35 mins airport 10 mins Disney. Clean and good condition thru out. Had initial issue with rubbish collection, but found owner polite, proffessional and pleasure to deal with. (Management company came around to move bins 10 feet down drive for us on collection days in case we forgot after initial problem. Unbeleiveable service.) Would definitely return to this villa again. "
