The villa is also within easy reach of both the Gulf and Atlantic coasts.There are many shops and supermarkets as well as restaurants near by as well as many golf course including Champions Gate designed by Greg Norman

The bedrooms are one en-suite queen size room ,one double ,and one to be themed in a Disney style which is a twin room ideal for the younger members of your party.We also have a double size sofa bed in the lounge for larger parties
In the kitchen there is every thing you should need for your stay including Cooker,Fridge/freezer,Microwave,cooking utensils,cutlery,crockery etc And also a Washing machine &Tumble dryer

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
