The villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both with shower and bath facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, fridge and dishwasher as well all cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils required. There is a 2 car garage with washing machine and tumble dryer. All bed linen and towels and provided, although you will need to take your own beach towels. There is also a large screened swimming pool which can be heated in the winter.

The lounge / dining area is directly connected with the kitchen offering a very open and airy large living space.
The bedrooms are arranged as two doubles (one with en-suite and cable TV) and two twins and further guests could, if required, be accommodated on the fold-out sofa bed in the lounge.
The pool can be accessed via the French windows from the living area. Chairs and tables as well as loungers are provided and there is a ceiling fan above the table area if you choose to eat outside. Plastic tableware is provided for use by the poolside. Please do not take any glass items into the pool area.
A grapefruit and a lime bush were planted in 2002 and depending on the time of year you may be able to pick some fresh fruit!

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm. The villa has a sauna.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
