Welcome to Pearl Villa our private pool home, a large 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa with South West facing pool set amongst Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club, one of the top golf courses in Florida.

A location ideal for those looking for a relaxed golfing vacation or for families and friends looking to explore all things Disney and Orlando's numerous theme parks and attractions.

Southern Dunes is located on US HWY 27, approx 20 minutes from all the major Disney Parks, and near to local attractions such as Bok Tower Gardens and Fantasy of Flight.

It is a well established gated community with all villas surrounding the golf course. It has 24hr security at the gate house making it a safe and secure place for all to stay.


Pearl Villa is over 2,000 sq.ft in size and has 18ft vaulted ceilings and open plan living areas making it a very bright and spacious home.

Private Pool:
**The 30ft x 15ft pool is South West facing and benefits from the sun from mid morning to dusk. It has underwater lighting, perfect for a late evening swim.
**There is a safety fence that runs along the whole length of the pool for the safety of small children. This can be removed at the discretion of our guests.
**The covered porch has a patio table and chairs; there are also 4 padded sun loungers on the large sundeck.
**The pool has free solar heating, there is also electric heating for the cooler months for which there is a charge if it is requested.




 

All 4 bedrooms have cable TV, DVD players, large wardrobe closets, chest of drawers, bedside tables, lamps and clock radios.

3 bathrooms include:
Master with corner tub, separate shower, vanity sink and a dressing room.
Family bathroom with full bath and overhead shower, vanity sink.
Shower room with walk in shower and vanity sink.


*The main family room is the central area of the house with luxurious new sofas, tables and lamps. For your entertainment we have a 32" flat screen cable TV, DVD player, Play Station 2, books and board games.

*Free High Speed Wireless Internet access is provided, just bring along your own laptop computer.

*A separate sitting groom has a CD player if you just want to relax, this leads on to our formal dining room.

*A fully fitted kitchen that has a dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water, ceramic top stove, built in microwave. Coffee maker, toaster, smoothie maker, glasses and flatware.

*If you just want a quick snack we have a breakfast nook area with table and chairs that overlooks the pool area.

*We have our own games room with a full size Air Hockey table, 7ft Pool table and a cross trainer.

*We have a separate laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

**Southern Dunes resort facilities including all golf, clubhouse bar and restaurant, 3 communal swimming pools, tennis courts and a children's play area.

 

Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club has it's own clubhouse with restaurant and bar. There is a fishing lake; tennis courts, communal swimming pools and a children's play area, all within walking distance of our home. Within a 10 minute walk outside of the community you will find a 24hr Wal-Mart, petrol station, bank, restaurants, Blockbuster video and smaller outlet stores. 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, golf, a sports center, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find tennis, shopping areas, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, a themepark.
