The Lanai is ideal when you want some shade out of the sun. The pool has spa therapy jets . The Patio furniture is of a high standard and is all cushioned. Weve provided 4 chairs 2 recliners and 2 foot rests. The lanai attracts the sun all day apart from very early morning and being south west facing its great for watching the sunset.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the in the living room. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, cycling, horse riding, golf, a sports center, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, flying, tennis, scuba diving, a museum, a zoo.

This was like a home away from home - we were so comfortable, My grandchildren (all of us for that matter) so enjoyed the pool. We had a couple of 'down days' where we just stayed at home and they were in the pool from the time they got up until they went to bed. My grandson thought the 'playstation II' I think that is what it is called was just GREAT - they both enjoyed lying in bed watching TV. The location was excellent - even I was confortable going out shopping with no fear of getting lost on the way home. Going off on day trips, returning in the dark was not a problem as getting home was so very easy. We had a wonderful stay. A wonderful experience - would we come again - if it were possible we would return tomorrow Barbara Taylor, Ontario

would highly recommend this villa as in a very peaceful location but easily accessible to the main attractions,very well appointed and almost like living at home but with the sunshine! we will tell all our family & friends who may wish to go to Florida to book this accommodation.
