Fully air conditioned and very spacious. Living space consists of a lounge, dining area, nook and breakfast area, kitchen, 2 twin and 2 double bedrooms - one with on suite, double garage and large screened pool. 

In addition to the heated swimming pool the house has a games room which has full size table tennis, pool, fooseball and air hockey and also a dart board with electronic score board.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television satellite/cable. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, interesting views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, golf, tennis, shopping areas, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.
