The Living Area is the quite area of the villa where you can relax away from the pool area. The fully fitted kitchen, includes a built-in microwave, washing machine and clothes dryer, telephone (all international calls are free), cutlery, crockery, glasses, cups, plus a raised bar area for breakfasting. The spacious living room comfortably holds a 2 seater sofa and a 3 seater sleeper sofa. Cable TV and a DVD player are provided as are TVs in each bedroom. Wi-Fi is provided although you will require your own Laptop. The villa has its own screened 26x13 designer swimming pool with screen enclosure and spa for you to enjoy in the privacy of your own home. Last, but by no means least, the Games Room - complete with pool table, air hockey and darts - perfect after a day at at Disney for the children to play whilst you relax by the pool!  

Glenbrook resort itself is a community with local management to cater for all your needs during your stay, leaving you free to enjoy all the attractions Florida has to offer. Not only will they ensure all aspects of the Villa are in working order but they can assist in booking attractions, ordering cabs etc. There is also a daily shuttle available to the Disney attractions. There are also numerous golf courses nearby that are suited to all standard of golfer from beginner to Professional.
 

There is a Sweetbay Supermarket within walking distance of the Villa as well as a Walgreens at the entrance to Glenbrook which is ideal for last minute and forgotten items such as milk, sugar, coffee, juice, etc. However, 1 mile south along the US27 there is a Winn Dixie 24-hour supermarket (in the same shopping area there is a good pizza store and they do deliver!) On the intersection with the 192 is a massive Walmart and on the 192 there are a couple of shopping areas containing large Publix supermarkets that contain delis and also stock a range of English favourites

Numerous dining opportunities exist on the 192. Recommendations include Out Back Steak House, Olive Garden, Longhorns, Houlihans, TGI Fridays and Carrabbas Italian Restaurant. Further a-field, but well worth the trip, is a French restaurant Le coq au Vin situated on 4800 South Orange Avenue. There are many buffet-style all you can eat restaurants including Chinese, Italian, fish & lobster, steak & ribs. Theres also the old favourites with the children like Pizza Hut - not forgetting McDonalds, of course!

 

The Garage has been converted into a Games Room with a Pool Table, Air Hockey Table and Dartboard. The Villa has Wireless Internet connection (own Laptop/Notebook required) and Free International telephone calls. The Villa also has a Playstation II The private swimming pool also has a Spa. There is a charge of £80/$140 per week if heating is required.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 2 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the In the family room area. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm. The villa has a sauna.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a home gym, a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The property is on one level with no steps to negotiate to gain entry. There are also two sets of patio doors to gain entry to the pool area. 

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, access to a shared west facing swimming pool, a west facing patio area, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, tennis, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find golf, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find water skiing.

Fitness Centre, Volleyball, Tennis Court, Communal Pool, Internet Access all on site
