this house has a games room with a pool table an electric basketball game dartboard and other board game like chess and connect 4 etc there are 3 bed rooms 2 bed rooms have queen size beds one bedroom has a double bed and a single bed also there is sofas bed that sleeps 2 and a cot and high chair. there is a single bed in the games room that can be used in an emergence if guests want to stay over but you may need bed sheets for it and the games room is not air conditioned 2 of the bedrooms have tvs and there is 2 seating area with tvs a super fast adsl internet connection in the house (2 megabit )

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
