The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 3 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm. The villa has a sauna.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find boat hire, fishing, flying, golf, tennis, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, horse riding.

Dale says: "I was looking for a home to rent so that my entire family could spend time together and go to Disney World and suurounding attactions. 7 Adults and 4 Children ages 4-3-3-3. This house exceeded our expectations on value and closeness to Disney. It is very easy to get to this property and everything you would need is very close i.e. restruants, grocery, shopping and all the Theme Parks. One day we took a trip to Coco Beach and spent the day at the Ocean (Only about an hours drive) The House is very roomy and everyone had plenty of space. The pool was great and the small round area at one end was just the right depth for the little ones. Yes there are some small problems with the property but that is to be expected when there are many different renters. You never know what you might get when you do everything over the internet, but this house was well worth the price.I would absolutly stay here again if we would go to Disney."
