There are Two master Bedrooms so two families can share the Villa without the need for one of the families to compromise on comfort.

We have a Disney Themed room for our younger guests and a Hollywood legends Themed room for the Teen agers or adult guests .

If we dont have something you require ,please ask and we will see what we can do.

Accommodation comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main master bedroom has a large bathroom with a Roman bath, his and hers vanity units and a Large walk in shower. The second master bedroom has a bathroom en-suite with a shower over the bath. They both have TVs and DVDs. The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds, one of which has a 'DISNEY' theme, with a TV and a Playstation 2 provided. These rooms share the 3rd bathroom.

Lots of cuddly toys for the children

A full size cot and an extra travel cot have been provided for families who may have more than one baby in their group.

the full size cot is surrounded by winnie the pooh and friends bedding and protectors.

There is a spacious fully equipped kitchen including breakfast table with 4 chairs situated in the bay window and a high chair is provided. The formal dining room has a large table suitable for seating up to 6 people. There is a very large and comfortable family room with TV, VCR, DVD and a selection of movies games and books are provided.

The sliding patio doors lead out to a sheltered lanai with a dining table and 6 chairs. Beside the 32'x15' pool are two sun loungers. A further 3 sun loungers are stored in the garage.
Plush beach towels are also provided

The pool is fully screened and is surrounded by a fence and garden with scented flowering shrubs and vines offering complete privacy. A gas barbeque is also included. Pool heating is available for an additional supplement(if required).

THE GAMES ROOM has foosball/ table football and pool table. A washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are also provided.


 

This beautiful villa is situated in the community of Orange Tree on Highway 27, a short distance from Disney Theme Parks, Seaworld, Universal Studios, numerous golf courses and close to restaurants and grocery stores, which makes it ideal for that perfect family vacation.

Facilities at the community include football (soccer) field, basketball and tennis court. There is also a playground for younger children.

 

FREE BROADBAND IS PROVIDED WITH THIS VILLA. Also all calls within USA and canada are free. The Villa comes with free use of a Gas bar-b-que.(we do request that it is cleaned by the guests after use)

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the great room (Lounge). This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, tennis.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, horse riding, golf, a sports center, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a museum.

Rose says: "Very attractive and exceedingly clean. Everything we needed was there, including Christmas decorations. Very thoughtful as we were a Christmas booking. The main reason we chose to book this villa was a desire for privacy in the pool area. We certainly got this with a high fence which didn't shadow the sun. Was not central for all the usual entertainments, Disney, etc., but nothing was very far by car. We would consider a car essential when renting this villa. One downside was the outside light did not come on when we arrived and as we were an early hours arrival we had trouble with the key pad, until I remembered I had a little light on my key ring. This was probably just an oversight as there was a light sensor available. Overall, great and yes, we would definitely like to hire this villa again. "
