The en-suite bathroom has a large walk in shower, large oval cornr bath and twin basins with mirror above. The is a large walk in wardrobe, shaver power point and a hairdryer.

Second Master Suite with Queen Size Bed drawer units a large wardrobe, and cable T.V. the en-suite has a shower over the bath.

The Third Bedroom has twin Beds, Drawer Units and a large wardrobe - this room overlooks the pool / spa area.

The Forth Bedroom 'Disney' themed has a double and a single bed (bunk Beds), drawer unit and large wardrobe.

The Family Bathroom is between the third and forth bedrooms and has a shower over the bath, toilet, wash basin and a hairdryer.

All linens and towels are provided and the house is fully cleaned prior to your arrival

Double Garage has a large washing machine and dryer. Full size Table Tennis Table, Air Hockey Table and Electronic Dartboard. The door is opened electrically and there is a gas BBQ and portable cooler for your use.

The Private Heated Swimming Pool and Spa is enclosed by a fine mesh screen to let in the Florida Sunshine but to keep the bugs out.There are padded Sun Loungers, padded Chairs and a table to enjoy eating or drinking in the Florida Sun. The pool and Spa also have underwater lighting so you can still enjoy a swim after the sun has gone down. This area is very private and is screened by shrubs for maximum privacy.
Alarms are fitted to all doors leading to the pool area to protect young children

Our Home is managed by an excellent local (on site) couple, who will deal with any issues you may experience quickly and efficiently.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 11 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
