Florida Pines is a luxury family home set in a quiet walled community. It is close to all major attractions and an excellent for your Florida Family Vacation. Additional touches set this home out from the others.

The 4 good-sized bedrooms provide ample room for 2 families. The master bedroom with en-suite and walk in wardrobe also has direct access to the pool.

The second room also has a double bed with large robes.

The third room as an attractive double bed with single bunk above and the winnie the pooh room is a must for the younger children.

The family room has 2 large sofas one of which is a double bed. The large TV has an excellent cable package with DVD and VCR to complete the picture so to speak. There is another TV in the master bedroom and the twin room also has a PS 1 with games.

The kitchen is well stocked with all manner of equipment and there is ample room for family dining either in the kitchen or dining room.

The games room is a must on those rest days and is sure to keep children of all ages amused. Air Hockey and fooseball should be enough to generate healthy competition. 

The pool was specially extended and at 30x15 feet is surely one of the largest in the area. It is well covered and cleaned weekly. Pool heat is available and probably recommended in the months of October thru' April.

The deck furniture and Florida sunshine will set you up for many enjoyable evenings by the pool. If you fancy a smoke this is the place to do it. 

Florida Pines is the ideal base for all you golfers, shoppers and adventure seekers. An embarrassment of golfing riches befall you with chanpionship courses at every turn. Champions Gate, Highlands Reserve, Southern Dunes are all within 20 mins, not too mention the excellent courses in Disney.

Disney Resort is less an 15 minutes away with its abundance of parks such as Epcot, MGM Studios and Disneyworld itself. Safari parks, water parks and late night entertainment complete the line up.

Universal Studios is around 30 ninutes away as is its sister park "Islands of Adventure". Have you tried the hulk coaster or the duelling dragons?

Sea World feateures the largest roller coaster "Kraken" as well as all-time favorite Shamu. A visit to the sharks and a bumpy "helicopter" ride to an arctic research station only add to the fun.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private east facing swimming pool, access to a shared east facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
