Located in the beautiful countryside of the Charentes Maritime and within easy reach of Dampierre and St Jean d'Angely, Roger and Janice welcome you to La Maison de la Riviere.
The Accommodation
A well-equipped ground floor one-bedroomed Gite that has been recently furnished which overlooks the River Boutonne. Your own private garden has a Patio with garden furniture, sunbeds and barbecue.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, toaster, kettle, cooker, and microwave, there is also a dining/living room with a double Sofa Bed and TV, DVD and Video (DVD's and Tapes available) and a fully equipped double bedroom. Bed linen and towels are provided. We can provide a travel cot and high chair for infants and laundry facilities are available.
We also have a lawned area with play area and space to play petanque. We can provide bats and balls if you feel energetic.
For the artist in you the gardens surrounding your Gite and the river are ideal for sketching or painting.
