The house has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

mairi says: "This is a family home and furnished as such. It was very comfortable, clean and spacious. It seemed to us that everything that this family use during their own occupation of the property was made available to us. The caretaker visited us shortly after our arrival and then again to check that we were not experiencing any problems during a brief thunderstorm. The garden was well tended & the patio very spacious. Unfortunately, we did not have the time to take advantage of the large sun canopy or the bicycles provided. The property is located in quiet and beautiful valley hamlet very close to a small river. We could hear the ducks squabbling there during the still, warm evenings. There is street lighting but it seemed to be turned off before 11 pm so allowing us fantastic views of the night sky without light intrusion. The town of Ruffec is only a few miles away if needed, otheriwse there are shops at two close by villages."
